Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services provided by Concept Giants.

Cancellation by the client

You may cancel an ongoing service by giving written notice (email or WhatsApp) as per the notice period in your proposal or agreement. Notice period: 30 days written notice. Services continue until the end of the notice period, and fees for that period remain payable.

Refunds

Because digital marketing services involve time, planning and work that starts immediately, fees for work already started or delivered are non-refundable.

All services are billed at 100% advance payment before work begins. If you cancel after paying but before any work has started, a refund may be given after deducting any costs already incurred, as agreed in writing.

Once work for a paid period or project has started, the advance paid for it is not refunded, in full or pro-rata, unless agreed in writing.

Advertising spend

Ad budgets paid to platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon or LinkedIn are governed by those platforms' own policies. Any unused balance held by a platform is refunded only as per that platform's rules. Spend already used on ads cannot be refunded.

Cancellation by Concept Giants

We may suspend or end services in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or requests that break the law or platform policies. In such cases, fees for work completed remain payable.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 45 business days of approval.
