Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of conceptgiants.com and the services of Concept Giants. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Concept Giants provides digital marketing services including paid advertising (Meta, Google, ChatGPT, Amazon, LinkedIn and Shopify ads), organic ranking, organic lead generation, Answer Engine Optimization, brand regulation and performance marketing. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement.

Fees and payment

Service fees are payable as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Payment terms: 100% advance payment before work begins; work starts only after the advance is received. Applicable taxes, if any, are charged as per law. Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta, Google or Amazon are separate from our service fees and are paid directly by the client or as agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

The client will provide accurate information, timely approvals, required content and access to accounts. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its products, offers and claims, and for holding the rights to materials it supplies.

Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, budgets and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or returns unless expressly agreed in writing.

Third-party platforms

Advertising and search platforms have their own policies and may reject ads, change features or restrict accounts. Concept Giants is not liable for decisions made by third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

On full payment, creatives and content made specifically for the client are transferred to the client for its use, unless agreed otherwise. Concept Giants may keep its own tools, templates and know-how, and may show non-confidential work in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information received from the other confidential and use it only for the engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concept Giants' total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees paid for the service in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as per the notice period in the proposal or agreement. Notice period: 30 days written notice. Fees for work already done remain payable.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
